Who is this website for?
Content and Licenses
When customers purchase material with us then they are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services. Customers are only permitted to download content for their own personal use and it is not intended for any commercial purposes or to be shared on any other platform.
Customers must also agree that they will only use and create one account per person and that the content they download is not shared with any third parties. When customers use our services this does not grant them any ownership or intellectual property rights for our services or any of the content that they have access to.
This website must not be used in any way which might damage the website or impair its functionality in any way. Customers are also forbidden from using the website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or in connection with any unlawful or illegal activity.
Products and Services
Here at www.upgradeyourwellbeing.com we take great pride in the quality and consistency of the content that we offer. However, all customers must be aware that sometimes unexpected events do happen.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or reschedule any of the content that is offered on this website at any time and without warning.
When customers download content in the form of eBooks, Audiobooks and Videos then they must not reproduce, transmit, re-distribute, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, lend, adapt, edit or re-create any of the material that they have downloaded.
We reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any of the courses in the event that we decide or we are obligated to disable access to a course due to any illegal or policy related reasons. This could be, for example, if we determined that any of the content violated any of these terms and conditions.
Payments and Pricing
All customers must agree to pay the full fees for all of the content that they intend to purchase. Customers must also authorise us to charge their chosen debit or credit card for those fees.
When customers make a payment then they must agree that they are using a valid payment method. All charges will appear with the following descriptor on your statements: AHURAMAZDASL. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disable any access to any of the courses for which we have not received any payments.
All prices for all of the content on offer is clearly labelled next to each item. As everything is delivered digitally there are no shipping or handling fees and delivery is always free.
Once a customer has completed a purchase and the payment has been fully processed then the bought content will be emailed to them immediately. Delivery is always expected to be instant but in some cases can take as long as 48 hours. Customers should please note that some content will take longer to download than others depending on the file size.
In the unlikely event that 48 hours have passed and you have still not received the content that you downloaded then please get in touch and someone will rectify this for you immediately.
If a customer orders content from us and when it arrives it differs greatly from the item that they intended to purchase, if there is a fault, or if the content is the wrong item, then customers may be entitled to a refund. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion. Applications for refunds must be made within seven days of downloading the content. If a customer makes a complaint about an item that they have ordered and it is more than seven days since they downloaded it then unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall www.upgradeyourwellbeing.com be liable to you or any other third party for any consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of data or profits. This is the case whether or not we have been advised on the possibility of such damages and any theory of liability which has arisen out of or in connection with the use of these services.
Neither we or any other of the third-party providers which we may work with shall be liable in anyway for any of the other goods or services that may be offered through this website.
Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and the other parties harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that arise from your violation of these Terms of Service or any of the other Governing Documents, or other negligent or wrongful conduct. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.
